This sunny villa is located in the prestigious Oliva Nova Golf complex, very close to the magnificent sandy beaches. The property is fully fenced and has a lawn area, as well as a private pool and covered parking within the plot. The house has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people, and it also has wifi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The beautiful garden is fully conditioned for use and enjoyment, as it has chairs, an outdoor table, hammocks, a barbecue, and a perfect awning to shelter from the hot summer days. Upon entering the accommodation, we find the open living/dining room, which contains the house's only satellite TV (German). Next to the living/dining room is the kitchen with an American bar, which is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker (filter) and toaster. Returning to the Living Room, we can access a small hallway responsible for distributing the two rooms with two single beds each and the bathroom equipped with a shower and double sink with two bathtubs. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included.
