Lovely, bright apartment with kitchen-living room and bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment is located 50 metres from a wide sandy beach. A pedestrian zone with restaurants is 50 metres from the apartments. Oliva Marina is a 10-minute walk along a beautiful promenade. There are also golf courses, tennis courts, football fields and a kite spot nearby. The apartment has a large furnished balcony where it is pleasant to sit overlooking the small street and courtyard.
Quiet, peaceful area. The wide sandy beach is 100 metres away. In front of the house a small supermarket, pharmacy. Large supermarkets: Lidl, Merkadonna 1km from the flat. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Harbour with Marina is 10 minutes walk away. There is also a tennis club within 10 minutes walk. We are a 1 hour drive from Valencia or Alicante airport. Parking is available in an enclosed courtyard free of charge for 1 resident car or on the street free of charge.
