The apartment is on the ground floor facing the pool and offers a communal outdoor pool (not heated), with a large pool and a smaller children's pool, open approximately from Easter to late September. Inside, vosotros will find a living room, color TV, air conditioning (hot/cold), and a spacious outdoor terrace with table, chairs, and awning. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 full bathroom with bathtub, and a kitchen equipped with butane gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, and an interior patio terrace with washing machine. Key handover takes place at the apartment at a pre-arranged time.
