New, fabulous and impeccable apartment, completely renovated in 2020, located in the privileged area of ​​Buena Pesca, the first line of the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Enjoy the fantastic terrace with the spectacular and extensive view of the sea, the port and the island of Fuerteventura. The fishing boats are clustered on the pier of the old town, El Varadero, right in front of the terrace. Only 10 volcanic rock steps descend from the terrace and the most adventurous can jump into the ocean. This property in Lanzarote offers a completely unique experience, it can accommodate up to 4 people, having 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a large open living room with American kitchen and terrace. This property offers a fantastic experience that juxtaposes two worlds: one world given by the modern design and luxurious interior space and the other world is offered by the fantastic natural environment of the island that has practically not changed for centuries, where time seems to have stopped.
