This elegant villa is located just 25 minutes from Barcelona, close to a beautiful natural reserve, perfect for hiking, and only 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the Maresme coast, known for their excellent restaurants. Set on top of a hill, the property enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views. Perfect for families and groups of friends, the villa offers spacious interiors, air conditioning, a private swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and a trampoline for children. The house is distributed over two floors. On the main floor you will find a bright living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with air conditioning, a complete bathroom with shower, and a guest toilet. The upper floor features two additional double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room, plus a second living room with a TV. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with the possibility of adding 2 extra beds for a maximum of 12 guests. Please contact us if your group is larger. Outside, the property offers two different levels: the upper terrace includes the barbecue, outdoor dining area, garden and trampoline, while the lower terrace features the private swimming pool, solarium and sun loungers. A baby cot and high chair are available on request (subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi, a security alarm and free street parking are provided. The village centre is only a 3-minute drive away, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all essential services. Premià de Mar offers the nearest beaches and marina, while Mataró, just 10 minutes away, has a large shopping centre and a wide range of leisure and dining options.
