Mediterranean-style country house with views to the countryside, the mountains and the sea and Calpe in the background, located in the Osalva section of Benissa, in a rural area, about 5 kilometers from the city of Benissa. In the city of Benissa, if you come by car, there are all the important supermarkets. From Villa Osalva you can drive in a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira and enjoy the beaches, restaurants, leisure places, as well as hiking, cycling, etc ... as the entire area is surrounded by mountains . Osalva is a single level house on a fenced plot. When entering the plot, there is a large area to park few cars, and also, outside the plot, there is a space of land to park. Osalva is a beautiful house, very well cared for, with a decoration between rustic and modern, in a rural area, very quiet, and being on a height, it has beautiful views from all sides. If you are looking for tranquility and relax from the noise and stress of the city, this is the place you need!!!
