A stylish 2-bed, 2-bath penthouse with a balcony and stunning rooftop terrace with 360° views overlooking the communal pool to the West and Roda Golf Course to the East. The spectacular rooftop terrace / solarium includes a bar, sink, power outlets, stools, fridge/freezer, BBQ, dining and seating areas, a pergola, and sun loungers, with dinnerware and drinkware provided. Located in Phase 2 of Roda Golf & Beach Resort, it offers access to the 5* 18-hole PGA Roda Golf (fees apply), a clubhouse with a bar/restaurant, and a pay-as-you-go gymnasium. The apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool and garden, with private parking, restaurant, playground and shops/supermarkets nearby. Fiber WiFi provided. Only a 5 minute drive to Mar Menor beach (with plenty of beach/sea activities). Just 25 mins from Murcia Corvera Airport (RMU) and 50 mins from Alicante Airport, ideal for golfers and families (no children under 10 years of age).

Myself and my wife recently purchased this property and we use it ourselves for holidays, when not rented. We love Roda and the surrounding area and hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do!

Roda Golf & Beach Resort is a 5 minute drive to the nearby town of Los Alcazares & Mar Menor beach. The nearby village of Roda (which has a small supermarket, bars and a restaurant) is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Murcia airport - 25 minute drive Alicante airport - 55 minute drive.
