The apartment has a spacious living room, 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes, an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 room for luggage and a terrace with views of the pool and the sea. Housing furnished with all the comforts, it has air conditioning, television, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Very quiet exclusive property, with a community pool for only 5 families, a parking space and a racquetball-tennis court. Pets not allowed. It is advisable to have a car, to easily move around Castelldefels, visit Sitges, and the surroundings of Barcelona. Bus stop 25 meters from the building. Castelldefels has a train to the center of Barcelona every 15 minutes (price 1eu with T-10 Card).
The owner lives in the same building so he will inform you about the nearby tourist areas and will be able to solve any type of problem.
Located near the beach, the mountains (Garraf natural park), and a short distance from the marina and Canoeing Olympic Canal and Sitges, with easy access from Barcelona and the Airport, by the free C-32 motorway, or by the regional road C- 31 towards Sitges. Castelldefels has a train to the center of Barcelona every 15 minutes (price 1eu with T-10 Card). Port Aventura amusement park and Ferrari Land located 65km away
