Comfortable apartment just steps from the beach, only a 5-minute walk from Patacona Beach in Alboraya, Valencia. Enjoy sea views from the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, located on the sixth floor. The residential complex offers communal areas, swings for young children, two paddle tennis courts available by reservation (for an extra fee), and a large shared pool with set opening hours. The apartment has two separate bedrooms: the first with a 150x190 cm double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a TV on the dresser; the second with two single beds of 90x190 cm each. Bed linen and towels are provided (linen/towel change or cleaning service during your stay is available for longer stays). There is a full bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and fridge. The spacious living-dining room has a table for up to 6 guests. Beach essentials are also provided, such as folding chairs, large beach wraps, a portable cooler, and a sunshade. Check-in is in person with flexible arrival times. Our goal is for you all to feel as comfortable as possible and enjoy an excellent vacation or a relaxing break. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
