This can already be seen from the outside of this pleasant rural property, which is surrounded by fields and old trees, creating an unspoilt atmosphere. Even though the house is a new build, the experienced owners have preserved Mallorcan traditions by installing a magnificent natural stone façade. The cheerful, light-coloured sandstone and the sea foam turquoise-coloured shutters create a harmonious ensemble. The L-shaped terraces are south-facing and offer both covered and open spaces. In the outdoor area there is a great, very practical outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue. There is also plenty of space for an impressive number of sun loungers, which you can place as you wish around the malachite-coloured pool to either soak up the sun or retreat to the shade of a large parasol with a good book.
