Modern penthouse, beautifull materials, modern led-design armatures... Roof top terrace with lounge, bar-set, led-lights around lounge, table for min 8p... Master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, in comparison to small Spanish standards (150x190), we have a kingsize bed of 160x200 with memory foam matras... free wifi.. Keep in mind that all payments, except the cleaning cost (cash at location to the key manager), should be fulfilled 30 days for arrival via Bank/wire transfer...
We're a family from Belgium, bought this property in 2014...
In front of La Zenia Boulevard, biggest shopping center of the region of Alicante... Sea within 800m - 1300m walking distance... we're on the calm side of the domain, one-way street between 2 domains, hardly a car an hour... very quiet!
