Das Appartement ist Teil eines klassischen bilbainischen Hauses aus dem Jahr 1920. Es hat hohe Decken, einen Kamin und natürlich einen Mirador, der eine tolle Aussicht auf das Theater und den Fluss bietet. Das Apartment wurde 2024 liebevoll restauriert wobei z.B. Holzboden und Holztüren erhalten blieben, die der Wohnung einen besonderen Flair verleihen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien, kindergerecht und hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
¡Hola! Ich bin Begoña. Ich bin eine gebürtige Bilbainerin. In Deusto habe ich Informatik studiert, bin dann der Arbeit wegen nach Deutschland gegangen, verliebte mich und wohne seither in Deutschland. Dennoch bin ich regelmäßig in Bilbao, meiner Heimat, meinem Hafen, aus dem ich einst auszog. Ich liebe meine Stadt und ich liebe diese Wohnung, die ich gerne mit euch teilen würde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Bilbaos, 160 m vom Rathaus entfernt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Bilbao zu Fuß zu erkunden. Mit einem 5-minütigem Spaziergang erreichen sie die Bars der Altstadt wo sie leckere Pintxos genießen können. Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt lädt die Gran Via zu Shoppen ein. Spazieren sie am Fluß entlang, erreichen sie in 20 Minuten das Guggenheim Museum. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt, von hier aus gelangen sie direkt zur berühmten Puente Vizcaya in Santurtzi. Wenn sie Spaziergänge mögen, dann können sie sogar mit der U-Bahn nach Sopelana oder Plentzia fahren und von dort aus zu den berühmten Stränden gelangen. Taxis warten ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten entfernt von der Wohnung. Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Obst- und Gemüsehändler, Apotheke, Buchladen, alles liegt nur eine Minute entfernt in der Nachbarschaft Uribarri. Eine Rolltreppe bringt sie in diese Nachbarschaft hinau
