Property info

Our apartment is located on the first line of the beach on a private territory of the urbanization "Playa del Sol" and is fully equipped with all necessities. Guests have an access to a common outdoor pool. Inside you will find air conditioners and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, toaster, fridge and coffee machine. Guests are provided wit towels and bed linen. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Public parking lot is located next to the house, and on-site parking is available at an additional cost.

Neighborhood info

Nearby you can find a Tennis Club and the sports complex. Within walking distance good restaurants for descent prices, coffee bars and supermarkets are located. There is a cool local cinema in the closest Trade Center (Portal de La Marina) within only 15 minutes driving if you decide to catch a movie or to go shopping. Distance to Valencia airport is 87 km, to Alicante airport is 84 km. Transfer is possible for an extra charge upon the request.
