Barrio tranquilo, junto al club náutico y playa de Levante Las delicias, a un paso del centro. El apartamento es muy cómodo, orientado a la brisa de levante, que te permite casi no usar el aire acondicionado en verano, zona privada para juegos de niños, calle particular, que normalmente dispone de aparcamiento y si no, detras hay un aparcamiento público cerrado con video vigilancia y gratuito, (nunca se llena)
