Ici, nous avons un charmant appartement en duplex de style méditerranéen à Playa Flamenca, en bord de mer sur la route côtière principale (N332). Le logement se trouve dans un complexe privé et dispose d'une grande piscine commune avec un parking fermé avec télécommande mais aussi de la: - Plage est à moins de 300 mètres de la maison - Balcon avec vue sur piscine - Stationnement privé avec télécommande hors rue - Piscine grande avec coin enfants - Coffee shop au RDC avec bar restaurant et une épicerie
Marc est un voyageur qui adore la mer et ses petits caprices. Il veut faire profiter ses hôtes de ce privilège dans son endroit féerique ! Bienvenus (es) à tous pour passer un bon séjour en couple ou en famille dans un environnement agréable proche de tous les services et en prime un soleil splendide tout le temps.
Playa Flamenca est une station balnéaire bien établie située sur la Costa Blanca à Orihuela Costa. Playa Flamenca se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture de nombreux terrains de golf fantastiques, notamment Las Ramblas, Campoamor et La Colinas, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Les aéroports d'Alicante et de Murcie Covera sont à seulement 40-45 minutes en voiture. Vous avez un Mercadona à 5 minutes à pied et vous disposez d'une gamme de services et d'équipements à portée de main, notamment des boutiques, des bars, des restaurants et sans oublier le centre commercial Zenia Boulevard. Playa Flamenca accueille également son propre marché de rue tous les samedis - ici, vous pouvez acheter une sélection de produits cultivés localement.
