This lovely bungalow comprises of a sunny terrace, open plan living area and modern fitted kitchen which has been renovated to an excellent standard. At the back of the bungalow is the spacious double bedroom which has double, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. The family size bathroom has also been refurbished with high-end tiling and an excellent walk-in shower. The secure, gated complex in which it is located is a most sought after community due to its excellent location. The bungalow is just a two minute walk from the beaches and the main Avenida, being situated in beautiful, well-maintained gardens which have an immaculate, large pool area with plenty of sun-loungers and sunbathing areas. The property is situated on the ground floor (no steps to negotiate) and has shared parking space. It is well-furnished, air-conditioned and has a lovely sunny terrace.

22 Playa Park is a refurbished bungalow located 200m from the main promenade and beach front in Playa De Los Pocillos. It is a quiet and peaceful complex with bustling bars and restaurants just around the corner in Puerto Del Carmen. The bungalow is situated in fabulous tropical gardens.
