The 53m2 apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The interior is modernly styled and will make you feel at home. The luminous living- and dining room counts with a sofa and a television, to relax or enjoy a typical “siesta”. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning. There is a dining table for 4. The kitchen is small, yet functional, with a vitro hob and all necessary utensils to cook some tasty dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom counts with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two more persons could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom with a bath tub. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station.
