Renovated townhouse, light and stylish, in the historic quarter of Pollenca town. Although situated in a quiet residential street, the house is just a minute's walk from the famous Calvari steps and the main square where you will find wonderful restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. This home offers all the comforts such as air conditioning, central heating, fibre optic internet connection, smart TV's in the lounge and all bedrooms, a bluetooth soundbar, fast charging USB ports at your bedside and in the lounge. Contemporary living in charming Pollenca. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a patio for al fresco dining and a balcony from which you can see views of the Puig de Maria. Small welcome pack on arrival and the house is equipped with all that you may need on your self catering holiday. Baby cot, high chair and toiletries provided.
Pollenca is set in the beautiful North of Mallorca and offers wonderful landscapes, mountain and sea. Ideal for those who like to explore, there are hiking trails, bike routes and easy access to the rest of the island by road and public transport. Many fantastic beaches are within a short drive away. The historic town has much to offer, some excellent dining options for all budgets, lovely boutiques, art galleries, museums and of course the wonderful Sunday market. Banks, supermarkets and delicatessens within a few minutes walk. Pollenca is fast becoming a year round destination.
