Welcome to this beautiful house with magnificent mountain views, situated in Barx. It accommodates 6 people. The exterior area is beautiful. It features a furnished terrace, a chlorine swimming pool of 8 x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.8 m, a fully equipped porch, barbecue, fruit trees and beautiful views of nature. The house of 90 m2 is distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and two with two single beds. One bedroom comes with a shower bath en-suite and there's a second bathroom with a bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The living room is very cozy. It offers one comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, an air conditioning and a fireplace. The dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the kitchen with gas stove, in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

This property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, in a quiet surroundings and only 17 km from the beach of Gandia. Located between the mountains of Buixarró and Mondúver, we can find a perfect places for speleology, cycling, hiking, etc. We recommend you to visit " La Nevera" (the refrigerator), the construction of the mid eighteenth century, used to store the snow; the houses of "La Drova" with its "Basses", "Parpalló caves" or the "Malladetes". "La Ruta dels Monestirs" (the route of the monasteries) is a cultural tourist itinerary which runs through the central regions of Valencia, joining five former convents or monasteries, the Ducal Palace in Gandia.
