House layout: Upstairs: - 1 luxurious king suite with a private bathroom, including a Jacuzzi bathtub, rainfall shower, his & hers sinks, and a large private balcony that captures the afternoon sun - 2 Double bedrooms - 1 Twin bedroom - 1 shared bathroom Downstairs - 1 Double bedroom - 1 full bathroom - Fully equipped kitchen - Lounge with TV - Grand hallway entrance - 2 natural gardens full of native plants and trees, terraced lounge and outdoor dining area and hammock. All the rooms have black out shutters, and individual air conditioning/heating units, so you can adjust the temperature to suit your preferences. (Please note; there is one step at the front of house and 3 steps into the garden/terrace). If someone in your group has difficulty with steps, please message us before booking to ensure we can accommodate your stay. During stays longer than 6 nights, we can offer a mid stay clean, upon request (this should be organised in advance)

Free street parking is available on all surrounding roads, please bare in mind, because it is free in a city, it can often be busy. A free car park can be found nearby on Carrer de Lebon and Carrer d'Asturies, 46023. Situated perfectly between the beach and the city, you can make the most of all that Valencia has to offer! Being a cycle friendly city, we recommend hiring a bike to enable you easy access to all neighborhoods and sights! We are only a 12 minute cycle to the beach and a 15minute cycle to the city centre. To make things easier for you, we have teamed with a local bike rental shop to offer you 20% discount on bike hire!
