It is a small complex of 18 apartments, recently we have added 3 of new construction, they are located on the ground floor and each one has a private pool, as well as being equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom, the same as the other categories of apartments and studios. , which have a full kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer and shower, living room with a bright balcony, WIFI, TV, air conditioning and heating, cot (on request), as well as elevator. We are located on the second line of the beach, so if you are lucky you may get an apartment with beautiful views of the sea. And don't worry about the parking issue, it is free throughout the area and at reception we will indicate some free public car parks. We also have a daily cleaning service, luggage storage service and courtesy showers for the last day, you just have fun and disconnect, don't worry about anything else, we'll take care of the rest!

Neighborhood info

The area where the apartments are located has everything you may need nearby: supermarket, a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, banks, pharmacy, etc. It is a residential area, so we are far from the party area of Playa d'en Bossa. We are between Ibiza town and the Playa den Bossa area, specifically in the small neighborhood of Es Viver, so within a short walk you can choose between a cosmopolitan atmosphere or a little more partying.
