This beautiful property has a large garden with lawn, a 48 m2 swimming pool with shallow area, but undoubtedly its outdoor summer dining room is one of its greatest attractions, with a well-kept outdoor furniture, pergola and Webber barbecue to enjoy the calm and tranquility outdoors with the family. Second floor: private access with parking for the car on the property. Fully equipped kitchen, high quality appliances, with wine cellar at your disposal to preserve wines with D.O. of the area, views to the outside and direct access to the living room and the garden of 1200 m2. The living room with sofas, fireplace, TV with the possibility of access with your personal account to HBO, Netflix or Amazon Prime, Hi-Fi equipment, console (Xbox One) and free Wifi; direct access to the outdoor dining room and garden plus a children's play area, always with spectacular views. This house has two levels, with 5 bedrooms: 1 suite with dressing room, double-sided wood-burning fireplace (overlooking the living room) and full bathroom with shower.
