Through a few steps we access the interior of the house where we find the living-dining room with satellite TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and exit to a fully furnished covered terrace leading to the garden. The modern American kitchen has all the necessary amenities such as gas stoves, microwave with grill and built-in oven, water boiler, dishwasher, and a Philips Senseo coffee machine, in addition to a large refrigerator with independent freezer. We continue on the ground floor where through 3 steps we access two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bidet where the washing machine and dryer are also located. One of the bedrooms has a bed of 180cmx200cm and the second bedroom has a bed of 160cmx200cm. The third room is located on the upper floor and has a bed of 180cmx200cm. On the second floor we also find a bathroom with shower and bidet. The three described rooms have a ceiling fan and mosquito nets on all windows. The house is also available during the coldest months because it has central gas heating. The owner appreciates that no smoking is allowed inside the dwelling. Pets upon request.
