We invite you to our super modern, newly renovated apartment - PUNTA PRIMA PALM BEACH APARTMENT, located in one of the most iconic places on the Costa Blanca - Punta Prima. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, terrace overlooking the interior patio with communal swimming pool. It is fully equipped and ready to welcome guests for both short and long stays on the Costa Blanca. The whole apartment - 43m2 is available for guests.
Our apartment is 5 minutes walk from the sea and the beach! Very close to the beaches of Punta Prima, Cala Piteras, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. And it’s not all: also in 5 minutes you will reach the best restaurants of the region - Nautilius and Punta Prima restaurants with beautiful views of the sea and others in the area, and the largest shopping center of the Costa Blanca - La Zenia Boulevard, offering the most elegant shops and restaurants in Spain. You are 10 minutes drive from the best golf courses: Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, Villamartin and Campoamor. It is a district that lives all year round thanks to its proximity to the sea, a wide choice of restaurants, a wide range of services and proximity to La Zenia boulevard. It is an urbanized area, well connected by bus, AP-7 and N332.
