Welcome to our home! We’ve created it with all our heart and prepared it so that you and your loved ones can enjoy an unforgettable holiday, filled with relaxation and wonderful moments. You’ll love having breakfast or lunch on the dining terrace, with views of the Mediterranean Sea that leave you speechless. But the real heart of the house is our rooftop: it’s a spectacular space with a swimming pool, barbecue, fridge and sink, as well as a sun lounger area perfect for relaxing. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy a cold beer whilst chatting with your family without a care in the world. The house is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and a toilet as well as the dining room and living room, which lead out onto the terrace with a barbecue and sea views. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. We also have an area with a hammock for those much-needed summer naps, and a utility room with a washing machine and everything you need for the pool. And crowning the house, the rooftop — our little gem — so you can all enjoy the best time together. We can’t wait for you to come! To make parking a breeze, you can leave your car on Calle Braque itself or in the surrounding area whenever you like; it’s free and there’s no shortage of spaces. By the way, the garage is our private storage area, so it’s not available to guests, but you’ll be just as safe on the street. Maximum capacity: 7 people.

We’re Sebastian and Ulises. We’ve been married since 2019 and our life has been one long adventure, living in vibrant cities such as Los Angeles, Vienna, London and now our beloved Barcelona. We love travelling and exploring new cultures because that’s what nourishes our souls the most. We’ve been lucky enough to travel around Japan, Australia, Mexico and many special corners of Europe. All that experience has taught us what really matters when you’re staying away from home. That’s why we’ve prepared our property with the utmost care, so that you too can feel right at home. Our house is in a prime location, just a three-minute drive from the town centre and five minutes from the beaches of Pineda and Santa Susanna. Although the beach areas can get busier in summer, you’ll always find somewhere to park. Pineda is a quiet and welcoming town, perfect for unwinding with the family, taking a leisurely stroll and enjoying good food in its restaurants and on their terraces. The location is ideal for relaxing in a setting of absolute peace, yet with everything you need just a stone’s throw away. If you fancy a bit more action, Calella and Santa Susanna are less than ten minutes away. If you want to explore further afield, both Lloret and Blanes are 20 minutes away, whilst Barcelona, Girona and the Costa Brava are around forty minutes driving. It is a strategic base for your excursions throughout the area. For waste management, you will find recycling points in Pinemar located at Carrer Murillo 65-63 and Carrer Nonell 52.
