In Spain, to ensure public safety, It is essential that you have completed and sent your check-in online and that you have received the verification from the property at least 3 hours before your arrival to authorize access to the apartment. Our customer service schedule is until 22:00; after this time, you can still book normally, although there will be no direct service. For any questions outside the hours, we will answer exclusively via the Booking platform.
