This coquettish cottage with private pool is set in Inca, in the centre of Mallorca and welcomes 5 guests. This house features a private, 9mx 3m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.1m and an exterior shower. Afternoons can be spent basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers. There’s a furnished porch and a barbecue, perfect for family-dinners. This lovely cottage is private and there are direct neighbors. There is a large, rustic kitchen-dining room with AC, which can be accessed from the outside. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. In addition, in this annex you will find a bathroom with shower. Inside the house you will find a living-dining room where you can eat together or watch a film on the satellite TV. The two bedrooms with double beds do not have wardrobes but chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower serves the house.
