Located only 50m from the Sant Roc beach and 5 minutes walk to the centre of Calella, we find this recently renovated block of seven appartments. There are five apartments with two bedrooms, one ground floor apartment with three bedrooms and a lovely attic apartment with one double bedroom and a great view. The ground floor apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (showers). A living room with white beams and a large handmade wooden table has an open American style kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven , hobb, microwave and cooking utensils. The terrace has a parcial seaview and a table and chairs to outside dining. There is A/C (hot and cold) in the living area and the large bedroom with 3 beds) .. The two bedroomed apartments have one shower room, The living room with A/C , TV. A fully equipped kitchen. Balconies of various sizes. When you click on to 'reserve 'the apartment you have booked will come up. The attic has one double bedroom , fully equipped kitchette, large terrace and a great view of the sea and the village. All the apartments have one double sofa-bed in the living room.

This area has probably the most beautiful coast in Spain , the colour of the rocks, the variety of beaches with clear waters and certainly a huge range of restaurants with excelllent food and prices for all pockets.. There are kilometres of bike tracks and easy walks both coastal and inland. Medieval villages to visit and major towns/cities like Girona, Figueras and Barcelona near enough for a day trip. This is a great spot for a holiday anytime .
