Villa Fenicia is residential complex located in the Son Parc resort (Es Mercadal), surrounded by a privileged (and outstanding) natural environment of pine forests and dunes. Perfect for families.

Neighborhood info

Walking around is highly recommended there are so many hidden beautiful scenic spots. Son Parc is a top-class / high level resort located on the northern coast of Menorca, 20 km from Mahon airport (direction Fornells) and 7 Km from Fornells,a typical Spanish fishers ( has an outstanding coral sand beach called Arenal de Son Saura and all necessary facilities and services: medical assistance, restaurants, supermarkets etc… Beaches Arenal de Son Saura has three access points, one by road (turn left at the roundabout just after the golf course) the car park is large enough even when the beach is busy. There is a central path from behind the Sol Parc Hotel and although its quite a walk, this path is suitable for buggies and third closest to the villa is path (Stairs) that lead down from the road adjacent to the Beach Club Apartments, this path is quite steep. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards, has sunbeds and parasols, pedalos and canoes for hire.
