Enjoy staying in the heart of the city. Complete building of 5 apartments, with different capacity, the first ideal for a family with children, three of them suitable for groups of up to 6 people and a fantastic attic with a large terrace, all of them are accessible by elevator. All the apartments consist of a comfortable living-dining room with large sofa, TV with satellite connection, a complete kitchen and the corresponding rooms and bathrooms. All have air conditioning, heat pump and a powerful free WIFI

Neighborhood info

The building is located in La Lonja, one of the most central neighborhoods of the city, situated near the Marina. We can walk around the old town. The adjacent streets are full of possibilities, you will enjoy their churches, their small commercials, their restaurants and cafes and the shops of the big brands. Our location is strategic, right in the middle of the lower part of the city and the distance to our wonderful cathedral and the city Hall is less than 500 meters. Our nearest beach is less than a kilometer away, but from the nearby bus connection there is connection to the main beaches of the island.
