The largest room has a nice and large terrace with views of the city and the mountains. once outside, you will have two porches with tables and chairs. The largest porch has a barbecue. The garden with its shower to refresh those summer afternoons, has the pool next to it. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies. The house has a privileged location since you can access it on foot, without having to move the car to a multitude of services. We are in an area surrounded by supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Very close we have both the Health Center and the Hospital de Levante (private), just a few meters away. If you like to enjoy the water parks, I recommend that you do not miss Aqualandia to spend an exciting day among its slides, just 700 meters from home. The closest beach is the famous Levante beach to which you can go for a walk of 500 meters, a luxury to be able to walk. Right there you can practice diving and cable skiing as well as rent a boat to visit the Island of Benidorm and contemplate from there the wonderful Skyline of this city. If one day you fancy a mountain, you are in the right place.Our house is located 900 meters from the Sierra Helada natural park, a route that you should not miss.
