The apartment has two floors, the lower one is where the two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining room are. This floor is the one that has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. On the upper floor there is a room that accesses an intimate patio with artificial grass and outdoor furniture where you can sunbathe, have a meal, rest, read... It is not permitted to bring bicycles or other bulky items into the apartment.
The apartment is in front of the Ebro river, and next to a beautiful park with views of the river that has a picnic and barbecue area, a skate park, a basketball court, a soccer field and a multitude of things for children to play. You can park for free in front of the block of flats. There is a supermarket at 200m, a restaurant, a bar and an ATM at 100m. It is a beautiful and very quiet area.
