Welcome to Rocasol, an unrivaled cottage located in the countryside of Benissa in a very quiet area, overlooking the vast Mediterranean landscape. This holiday home captures to its perfection, the rural Mediterranean lifestyle, situated among olive, almond trees and a large exterior furnished in a traditional stone construction. Rocasol is the definition of relaxation and beauty. Located only 5 Min. from the town center of Benissa and another 10 Min. drive toward the beautiful coast where a large variety of beaches, coves, and restaurants can be found. By the drive we find parking for 2 cars, which flow towards a very spacious sun-filled exterior. The private swimming pool forms the heart of the terrace, surrounded by sunbeds, an outdoor dining area, a built-in BBQ, and a wonderful covered space with a dining area. The interior offers a homely atmosphere through its traditional stone walls. We enter through a cozy living/dining area with Sat+TV+DVD and a well-equipped open kitchen leading toward a double bedroom with a shower room. Internal spiral stairs lead up toward another twin bedroom. This beautiful holiday home will make it hard for you to leave this lovely spot.
