A wonderful fully renovated apartment with a sea view and air conditioning, one minute away from the beach. The apartment has a living / dining room, a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a desk for working remotely, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The building complex offers an enclosed free parking slot, as well as a playground and showers.
