The property is located in a green area of Moraira, within a small and quiet urbanisation where you can fully relax in a Mediterranean setting. Rosalalinda offers 81 m² of living space spread over two floors. Inside you will find a cosy living and dining room with a comfortable seating area, fireplace, central heating and air conditioning (heating/cooling). Large sliding doors open onto the spacious south-east facing terrace with stunning sea views. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long, relax on a sun lounger or dine together at the outdoor table. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for long summer evenings. The separate U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has access to a small balcony with sea views. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and toilet, and there is also a washer-dryer. The property has a private carport next to the house and access to the communal swimming pool (for all ages), a tennis court and a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The charming centre of Moraira, the beach, marina, shops and restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. Rosalalinda is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Blanca, all year round.

We are Jan and Karin, originally from the Netherlands, and we have been living in Spain since 2016. Since 2019 we have been running Los Mofletes, with a small-scale B&B in the charming town of Chinchón and three holiday homes in beautiful Moraira. Soon we will also be moving to this region ourselves. We immediately fell in love with Moraira: the sea, the cosy restaurants, the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that there is no mass tourism or high-rise buildings. It’s a place where you can truly unwind. When we are there ourselves, we enjoy walking along the coast, having a drink at a beachside terrace or relaxing in the sunshine on the terrace of one of our homes. We also love visiting the local weekly markets and discovering new restaurants in the area. Hospitality is very important to us. We are always happy to help our guests with tips about beaches, restaurants and great places to visit, and we are available before, during and after their stay. Every day we enjoy the Spanish lifestyle: the sunshine, the gastronomy and the excellent wines. Our passion is to create a stay that our guests will remember for a long time.

The cosy centre of Moraira is only a five-minute drive away and offers a wide selection of restaurants, charming terraces and boutique shops. At the marina you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the boats or have a drink while overlooking the sea. Throughout the year, various events and activities are organised, so there is always something to do. Every Friday there is also a popular weekly market where you can find local products, clothing and souvenirs. For nature lovers and active guests there are beautiful walking routes along the coast and through the hills, offering stunning sea views. In the surrounding area you will also find several golf courses and charming villages that are well worth a visit. What makes Moraira truly special is its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You won’t find mass tourism or high-rise buildings here, but an authentic Mediterranean seaside town where you can enjoy the sun, sea and Spanish lifestyle in peace.
