Stylish and peaceful apartment in front of the beach. Fully equipped for two people with amazing views over the beach bay of Cullera, and a great terrace to enjoy the see breeze. Additionally, there is a second bedroom for your kids (maximum 2) and a sofabed in the saloon. A chilled bottle of cava will be waiting for you, so your holiday starts with a warm and cosy welcome. Guests may use the swimming pool in the building's common facilities. Valencia city center is 40 minutes by car. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 1) Apartment is located in a calm and family oriented area. It is of a great importance to respect the building rules. 2) NO PARTIES ARE ALOWED at the apartment. 3) The building is inside a residential complex where people enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful area. 4) SWIMING POOL: The swiming pool is open from 10:30am until 15:30, and from 17:30 until 22:00. 5) CHECKIN & CHECKOUT times: Checkin is from 16h Checkout before 12pm In case of special requests out of these times we cannot garantee the availability because the cleaning staff is already very busy and has a limited time to prepare the apartment beetween guests. 6) NUMBER OF GUESTS: It is mandatory to respect the maximum number of guests contracted for the stay. It is strictly forbidden to host more people than those in the booking. 7) GARBAGE: There are three garbage trashes in the apartment. We ask the guests to dispose the gargabe bags into the containers located down the street when these are full, and before checkout. 7) NOISE: No noise can be made at night so the neighborhood is not disturbed. During the high season in July and August, there may be some noise from children playing. 8) For 2 guests, we assume that one double bed will be used, If you would like an extra bed to be fully prepared, an small additional fee of 15 euro will be asked the at check in. You are also welcome to bring your own sheets. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT ALL THESE NOTES HAVE BEEN READ BEFORE BOOKING

Peaceful area with several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Just in front of the apartment: "Cap Blanc Beach" The apartment is around 400m from the beach ("Cap Blanc" Beach), although the road is really steep. If you're in good shape you can easily walk. It takes around 4min to descent and around 8min to return. If you travel with small kids or your physical condition doesn't allow such a steep walk, it is adviceable to drive and park at the entrance of our Cap Blank Residential (less than 1 min drive). The Cap Blanc beach has crystal clear waters and is one of the most beautiful corners around Faro de Cullera. Other beaches around "Faro Cullera" have also cristyal clear waters and white sand. Beach Bar "PERLA NEGRA" just in front of the beach. Trendy and cozy. Large and high quality Supermarket ("Consum") very close to the apartment, with a large inside parking and easy access. Plenty of cultural activities around Cullera: aquaparks, music festivals, shoping, water sports (sailing, widsurf, water-ski...), restaurants, etc.
