Property info

Our apartment is located on the private territory of the urbanization "Jardines de las Marinas" in Denia, Community of Valencia, 900 meters from Las Marinas beach. There are two common outdoor pools with a children's area, jacuzzi, paddle tennis court and a private terrace in each apartment with a direct access to the swimming pools. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning systems and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as refrigerator and coffee machines. Towels and bed linen are provided. The apartments are also equipped with bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. Guests are provided with an individual parking spot in the underground garage for an extra charge.

Neighborhood info

Nearby you can find a Tennis Club and the sports complex. Within walking distance good restaurants for descent prices, coffee bars and supermarkets are located. There is a cool local cinema in the closest Trade Center (Portal de La Marina) within only 15 minutes driving if you decide to catch a movie or to go shopping. Distance to Valencia airport is 87 km, to Alicante airport is 84 km. Transfer is possible for an extra charge upon the request.
