It is forbidden to come with electric cars as they cannot be charged on the property. The energy is solar with the support of an electric generator but it is not strong enough to charge an electric car. Once in the house you will be given specific indications, such as to avoid wasting water, the electricity is solar powered except when putting in machines such as dishwashers etc. which starts a backup generator, and to attend to any questions that guests request.
