Not only is the sea close enough to touch, but a private footpath takes you to a small sandy beach in front of the house. It's the perfect place for a swim or a nice walk, always accompanied by the sound of the sea. There are also several wonderful opportunities to enjoy the sun in the small garden right next to the house. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers in the garden as well as modern lounge furniture and a cosy seating area on the terrace. An awning and parasol provide shade when it gets too hot during the day. For even more refreshment, there is also a small pool (which is not active between December and February). If you wish, you can also retreat to the covered terrace at the side of the villa. There you will find a lovely wooden table with comfortable rattan chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cosy breakfast or dinner and forget all your worries. The green shutters on the house exude a beautiful Mediterranean charm and the small garden is very well maintained. The interior of Villa Sa Copinya is very open and filled with bright colours. Right in the entrance area you will find a shabby chic-style chest of drawers and a comfortable armchair, which already give you an idea of what awaits you in the house.
