Property info

This beautiful farmhouse has been recently renovated in a modern yet traditional country style. It is located near the village of San Rafael (2 km). It has a large area (50,000 m2), with lots of privacy, overlooking the surrounding mountains. There is a large terrace with a 8x4 meter pool (salt water) and a shaded area to relax during the heat of the day. The exterior of the rear of the property is very nice with a barbecue area, shaded area for outdoor dining and a hammock - perfect for a nap in the afternoon. The main house is fully equipped with a kitchen leading to the living room with high beamed wood ceilings, sofas and satellite TV. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (2 double / 1 bed with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath / 1 with shower). All the bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning. There is a separate guest house with another large lounge with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
