The approx. 6,000 m² plot is located between the bays of Cala Bona and Costa de los Pinos, so there is always a gentle sea breeze blowing in your nose. On the outside of the house there is a covered and furnished terrace that leads into the pool area, in the centre of which is the 11.5 m long pool, which can be accessed via a Roman staircase. Although the sea is practically on the doorstep, you will find that children in particular will ask for a day at the pool from time to time. It's a particularly inviting place for an evening barbecue with the whole team.
