Just a 3-minute drive brings you to Sa Riera bay, with the beaches of Illa Roja and Platja del Raco equally close, all in Begur. The house features several outdoor seating areas. From the pool, chill-out terrace, and porch, you can enjoy extraordinary sea views. Other south-facing terraces offer privacy and are perfect for relaxing. The garage is at street level. Access to the villa is down a few steps from the road, and the house is spread over two floors. In front of the entrance is a large outdoor lounge. Entering the main door, you’ll find a living-dining room opening onto a terrace-porch with sea views. From this terrace, a few steps lead down to the pool area. To the right of the dining and living area, down a few steps, is the master ensuite bedroom with bathroom and terrace access with stunning sea views. On the same level, to the left of the living room, is a modern, well-equipped kitchen next to a small lounge with access to terraces and the pool area—ideal for enjoying coffee or reading while others rest. Next to the dining area, stairs lead down to the other bedrooms and a guest toilet. At the bottom of the stairs on the lower floor is a hallway converted into a lounge with TV.
