This family-friendly property is ideal for guests seeking a quiet stay; parties and events are not permitted. The house accommodates 4 people and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, cot, and high chair. The fantastic outdoor area, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and exuding a Mallorcan atmosphere, is perfect for relaxing and varied holidays, with a covered terrace, barbecue, and a pool with sun loungers. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are in Sóller’s center, about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest beach, Platja des Través, is in Port de Sóller, around 6 km away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Parties and events are not allowed. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included. Pets are allowed on request. A second cot can be provided if requested in advance. Please note: the owner's parents live 50 m from the house and also use the pool. However, the garden is private.
