For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered a Tourist Dwelling – A Tourism Contract applies. For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract needs to be signed.
