Lovely apartment on the ground floor in centre of Torroella de Montgrí. There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, living room with doors to the closed terrace. Direct access to the communal swimming pool. Separate kitchen with a door to the terrace. Parking under the building, but also for the building. Within walking distance of shops, pleinjes with nice terraces but also to the river Ter which flows into the sea. Here you are between the locals.

The appatment is located in Torroella de Montgri. One can walk in the beautiful Centre with its narrow streets and squares. But also you can walk to the river Ter and natural park. The apartment is on ground floor has easy parking. Also very well to go with the bike. It is a perfect base for the daily trips to the towns and cities, beautiful coves and beaches. Be within the town of Torroella de Montgrí between the locals. It is on the ground floor, has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with access to the terrace. (closed) Access to the swimming pool. There is parking below the building but also across the road is a large free parking. At 5 km from the beach in Torroella, la gola.
