The "Santa Barbara" apartment complex is located in the centre of Albir in a prime location, close to the sea in a well-kept "Residence" with swimming pool. The complex is ideally located in Albir, everything within reach, beach, promenade, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The newly furnished flat located on the 2nd floor (lift available) has a perfect location and is also accessible via stairs on the front (street side). It has 1 bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom and south-facing balcony. We rent the flat for a maximum of 2 persons.
