Hello everyone! We are Anna and Marga. We currently live in Alcudia, a small town in the north of Mallorca, an island where we both grew up. Our lives joined 18 years ago, and since then they have not separated for a minute. We have both lived in very different cities and countries, but even so that beautiful friendship has only strengthened to the point that we are currently working together helping some owners rent their house. Due to life circumstances, we both returned to live in Mallorca and have been working on this project together for 5 years. We love our work, as it allows us to meet many people and many places in Mallorca. We are also pleased to see that our customers are going so happy to their countries after their holidays. In our team we want to let you know our beloved Balearic Islands, their traditions, their culture, their gastronomy, their landscapes, their beauty, their charm. And what better way than doing it with the help of two Mallorcan people There is no better way to taste and feel the Mediterranean than by staying in our charming houses. We will be happy to help you find your perfect home!

Modern stone-lined country house with a great private pool, very close to the town of Alcudia in the North of the island, with beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains and just a few kilometers away from beautiful beaches. Built on 2 floors, with excellent finishes and interior care. The house is fully equipped for winter and summer and is suitable for small children. It has 4 domitorios (3 of marriage and 1 double), 4 complete bathrooms (all of them in suite and one with hydromassage bath). The kitchen is fully equipped and independent of the living room with access to the porch and the pool. It has several terraces and a furnished porch, as well as a great area of solarium with wooden platform around the pool and terrace furniture and sun loungers.

Located in a quiet area but close to the town and all services, it is the ideal property to enjoy a magnificent holiday with total privacy and all the comforts.
