The guests can enjoy all the benefits about Santa Romana’s location with the Mediterranean sea views and in the fisherman village of Caldes d’Estrac. This village it’s recognized for thermal baths dating from XIX century. Santa Romana’s property is a natural space, full of gardens and native trees. It includes three buildings of forty-four apartments, each apartment has a own parking and private terrace with unbeatable Mediterranean sea views, also the suite and the living room. Facilities where guests can enjoy the costal village lifestyle near Barcelona City, all within Santa Romana’s privacy. Santa Romana is the ideal choice if you are looking for the peaceful of a seaside village and the leisure and activity of Barcelona’s capital. We are 10 minutes walking from the beach, 10 minutes walking from the train station and by car 30 minutes from Barcelona, 30 from the Costa Brava and 45 from the airport.

Caldes d'Estrac is a small coastal town, although with good communication, both to reach with private transport (National II and C-32 highway), and public transport (buses and trains from Barcelona to Girona). The town enjoys the Serralada Litoral parallel to the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and can therefore have an enviable climate, in addition to owning the source of thermal baths dating back to the 19th century or the precious avenue located in front of the sea in full style of the 19th century.
