Upon arrival, you will receive the coordinates and a brief description of your booked property from us, so that it is only a stone's throw to your relaxed start to your holiday.

Our guests have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining area and laundry room. Facilities: Bedroom→1 with double bed and air conditioning, 2 with single beds and air conditioning. Cooking area→induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Living/dining area→seating, satellite TV (Astra), large dining table, air conditioning; access to covered terrace with seating area. Bathrooms→each with double washbasin and barrier-free shower. Laundry room with washing machine at pool level. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Hoover and ironing board/iron are part of the equipment. This is a non-smoking accommodation. 1 pet is allowed. Tennis rackets and balls must be brought along. Outside: Sun-protected parking, pool and tennis court, sun loungers and seating - all located on the 1400 m² plot. Enjoy your holiday!

The holiday home Sara is situated in a rural, wooded and inhabited area near the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The distance to the beach Cala Advocat (Cala Abogat) is only 2 km. The nearest supermarket for your self-catering needs is about 4 km away. The area offers numerous excursion possibilities. If you drive north, you will pass the cosy fishing village of Moraira. If you follow the road along the coast, you will reach the historic town of Denía and further on the harbour town of Xábia with its numerous beaches. Heading south, you will reach Calpe, then on to Altea and Benidorm, where you will also find the Terra Mítica amusement park. A short distance from the holiday home (max. 10 km) you have the opportunity to enjoy numerous sports activities. Golfing, cycling, diving, snorkelling and surfing are just a few of the many activities on offer.
