Sea Breeze · is a newly built villa, located in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), between volcanoes and the Atlantic Ocean, a contrast of colors that you can not forget. It enjoys an ideal location in the southern part of the island. It has a modern design and is also spacious and bright. It is distributed in a completely open space, thus integrating the different rooms: living room, kitchen, a large terrace, jacuzzi and private outdoor heated pool. It has air conditioning in all rooms of the house, WiFi with free Fiber Optic, safe, last generation alarm and private parking.

The living room is very spacious and has a 55 "TV with the possibility of watching foreign channels, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob ...). You will also find a room with a washing machine and clothesline. It has 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 3 bathrooms, 2 of the en suite bedrooms with a king size bed and one of them with two single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Cleaning and change of towels and bed linen will be carried each 3 days. Outside, it has a private heated pool, jacuzzi, chillout area and a large garden with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the good weather that our island offers throughout the year.
